We maintain daily backups for all of our shared hosting servers. These backups are kept safely at an off-site location. You can restore full website or download backups to your device through “JetBackup” tab in cPanel. This is inclusive for all plans at free of cost! Backups are kept for upto 14 past days and can be restored anytime.

Although we maintain our backups safely, we always recommend our customers to keep their own backups and maintain them periodically. So if in case something goes wrong on our end, we can restore your backups to your account.
