How do we handle outgoing SPAM in shared hosting?

SPAM is sometimes difficult to deal with but we take all required measures to prevent SPAM from leaving our servers. As soon as we come to know that any account is compromised, we take required actions to minimise the damage.

Depending on need, we may suspend account, disable ability to send emails and/or make customer aware. Customers are usually provided a time of around 24-48 hours to fix the issue. After this given time, if we detect further continuous SPAM, we may permanently suspend account.

If the account is permanently suspended, customer might be provided with backup of their account. If they wish to continue, a fee for damage and confirmation will be required.
