How to provide steps to reproduce an issue to the support team?

While we understand you may be receiving an error, having issue doing certain action or something’s not working right – we cannot identify or know the exact problem you are having unless you tell us. To help us understand your problem, identify the issue and its cause, we often need more details.

So, what exact details to provide us?

Generally, everything. Most importantly, provide us step-by-step instruction how we can reproduce the same issue on our end. Also –

  1. What exact error you are receiving, if one
  2. Upon doing what exactly you are receiving the error
  3. Is it occurring at specific time, always or randomly
  4. Provide us a screenshot if possible
  5. Provide us login details to your application
