Welcome to our “Year in Review” blog post! As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past 12 months and all of the exciting events that have taken place within our company. We made a few updates and improvements and also had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, each with their own unique needs and challenges. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you and help your online presence thrive. So without further ado, let’s take a look back at the past year and all that we’ve accomplished together.

Server Migration – As this has become a little of a tradition at VapourHost, we upgraded two of our server hardware to keep all our servers up-to-date. The whole process went smooth and we are now powered by AMD servers across the board. Even the Basic Plan customers receive the same benefit of new server hardware.

Indian Location – This has been one of the most requested location for us. We were waiting for the right moment and Indian infrastructure to grow at the standards that you expect from us. We finally found the right datacenter in Mumbai. The server outperforms a lot more expensive companies in our internal tests and we’ll soon publish the comparisons publicly. We now have servers in 4 countries across 3 continents.

WhatsApp Support – This year we added a new support channel to our already omni-presence support. We want to utilize the full potential of WhatsApp API to make sure that you guys are kept up-to-date with your account. We currently use WhatsApp as a method to have one-to-one conversations with you guys.

Biggest Sale – Our Anniversary sale (6 years completed) broke all records for a single day revenue. We were glad to know that many of you were eagerly waiting for our Anniversary to renew existing plans. We started small and have become one of the fastest growing hosting companies in India.

New Design – We shifted your user dashboard to a new sleeker design. The whole user interface feels so much elegant now. We have also added a currency switcher on our main website. Previously, it was hard for our international customers to understand our pricing. If you have any feedback on design, please let us know through an email.
